Welcome to CaptionLens. We are dedicated to delivering your caption glasses safely and efficiently. Currently, we proudly ship exclusively within the United States. Please review our shipping policies below to understand our processing times, delivery options, and guidelines for custom orders.

 

1. Shipping Destinations

At this time, we provide shipping services exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and certain remote areas may be limited or unavailable.

 

2. Delivery Options and Rates

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all eligible U.S. orders to ensure our caption glasses are as accessible as possible.

Note: Delivery times are estimates that commence once your order has been dispatched. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

 

3. Order Processing

Our team works diligently to prepare your order. Most in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1 business day following payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day. During product launches, promotional events, or holiday seasons, please allow for a slight extension in processing times due to high order volumes.

 

4. Custom and Prescription Lenses

We understand that optimal vision is crucial when using caption glasses. If your order includes custom lenses, prescription lenses, or personalized modifications, additional production time is required to ensure the highest quality.

Custom lens orders typically require 7 to 12 business days for processing and production after your prescription details are verified.

Please ensure that all provided information—including your prescription, pupillary distance, and lens type—is accurate prior to checkout. Because these lenses are uniquely crafted for your visual needs, custom lens orders are considered final sale. Once production commences, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

 

5. Calculating Total Delivery Time

To estimate when your caption glasses will arrive, please consider both the processing time and the transit time associated with your selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 1 business day processing + 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping : 1 business day processing + 2–4 business days
  • Custom Lens Orders: 7–12 business days production + your selected shipping method transit time

While we strive to meet these timeframes, all delivery schedules are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier operations, destination constraints, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Order Tracking and Updates

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking status after they have received the package.
