Yes. CaptionLens Glasses include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
We offer a 15-day return policy for eligible products in their original condition and packaging.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we'll cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.

Setup & App
Yes. To get started, download the CaptionLens app on your smartphone and pair it with your glasses via Bluetooth. Once connected, you can enjoy features like real-time captions and AI assistance.
For a more immersive experience, you can also pair the glasses with a compatible smartwatch. Since the watch stays connected to the internet, you can leave your phone behind and avoid interruptions from incoming calls or notifications while using the glasses.
Turn on Bluetooth, open the CaptionLens app, select your glasses model, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled, your glasses are charged, and the correct model is selected in the app. Restart both devices if necessary.
Firmware updates are available through the CaptionLens app. You'll receive a notification whenever a new update is available.
